trelleborgrostock.com covers one connection: the ferry between Rostock port in north-eastern Germany and Trelleborg on the southern tip of Skåne in Sweden. Two ferry companies sail the route side by side: TT-Line, mostly with Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn, and Stena Line with M/S Skåne and M/S Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.

That is what you decide here: not just a departure time, but the ferry company, day or night, and where you and your dog spend the crossing. We show the departures of both companies in one timetable, put the ships side by side, explain the different check-in deadlines and describe both ports down to the check-in point.

What this site is not

trelleborgrostock.com is an independent guide and not the official website of TT-Line or Stena Line. We are not a Sweden travel guide and not a hotel portal: sights, accommodation ashore, flights and hire cars are deliberately left out, and the other ferry routes to Trelleborg are not covered as products. We concentrate on the crossing itself: the choice of ferry company, travelling with a car, motorhome, bicycle or dog, and the procedure at both ports. We do not sell the tickets ourselves: bookings go through our partner Direct Ferries (directferries.com), where the current prices, availability and conditions apply.

We only state prices on the prices page; crossing times, deadlines and terminal addresses come from the ferry companies and the port operators and are checked regularly.
