With Stena Line, at the latest 60 minutes before departure. With TT-Line, 30 minutes before with a vehicle, or 45 minutes before on foot or by bicycle in Trelleborg. Details are on the Check-in page.

Yes, with the valve closed for the whole crossing. Stena Line limits this to three bottles totalling 47 kilograms, and TT-Line doesn't allow gas fridges.

With TT-Line, at your side on a short lead in all public areas, or in a pet cabin. With Stena Line, in a pet-friendly cabin or in the car.

No. With TT-Line there's no obligation to book a cabin from Rostock, and there are Pullman seats too. Stena Line offers reclining seats and sleeping berths. For the night ferry, though, a cabin is still the quietest choice.

With Stena Line, by card only, in the port and on board. Cash isn't accepted there.

With TT-Line, free in the public areas. Stena Line offers premium Wi-Fi on board.

Yes, on all ships. The Stena ferries have a casual-dining restaurant, the Huckleberry Finn has a restaurant and a cafeteria, and the Tom Sawyer has a cafeteria.
